Vikings Finish Foothill in 3rd Place – Qualify for CIF

Vikings finished Foothill in 3rd place behind Saugus and West Ranch. The Lady Vikings drew Los Osos for their first game in the CIF Division 1 playoffs. The game is at Los Osos, who won the Baseline League, on Thurseday May 17th. Good luck ladies!!

The Lady Vikings went 3 and 2 in a very strong tournament with several of the top team in California as well as the nation playing. Valencia racked up wins against Murrieta Valley, Foothill, and King while loosing to Pacifica and Esperanza. League starts up on April 10th taking on West Ranch. Lets go Vikings!!

The Lady Vikings JV squad had a great showing at the Camarillo Tournament over the first two weekends in March taking 2nd place. Great Job Ladies!!

Bullhead City TOC Results

The Lady Vikings won 3 and lost 2 games in Bullhead. One of the losses was a hard fought 2 to 1 game against Norco, who went on to win the tournament. Next up for the the Vikings will be Oxnard at home on March 13th. Go Vikings!!

The Lady Vikings beat Chino Hills in 9 innings 2 to 1 to capture 3rd place at the Stu Penter Tournament on Corona, California. The Vikings are now in preperation to head for the Tournament of Champions in Bullhead City, AZ March 8th thru the 11th.

The Lady Vikings beat Roosevelt 3 to 0 in Stu Penter Quarter Final but loose to Riverside Poly in extra innings 14 to 10. The Lady Vikings will play Chino Hills Friday for 3rd place.

The Lady Vikings kicked off their 2012 season by beating Canyon Springs and Murrieta Valley, 6 to 0 and 1 to 0 respectively, advancing to the Quarter Finals of the Stu Penter Tournament in Corona. The Vikings will play the winner of the Roosevelt / Los Osos game on Tuesday Feb. 28th at 3PM in Corona. Great job ladies!!
